Cornucopia is the only venue in Darwin that offers an exclusive use of the venue in a waterfront location.
Wedding ceremonies take place against the magnificent sea and sunset backdrops and guests party on under the stars, in the beautiful tropical garden setting, graced with quality table décor, food and wine choices.
Specialising in weddings, Cornucopia provides an individual services to couples with functions coordinator being involved from the initial inquiry through to helping the last guest into a taxi.
Wedding Planning
From the outset, our experienced functions coordinator will walk you carefully through the process, explaining menu choices, pricing structures, and how the beachfront lawn venue will look when it is set up with romantic lighting, white tablecloths, flowers and decorative chair covers. We will recommend good local suppliers for complementary services, help select wines and champagnes, and tailors food menus and service style to meet your needs.
Most of the weddings we have catered for have been booked twelve months in advance.

Cocktails with canapés
The chef’s hand-made canapés provide a unique dining experience for those selecting stand up cocktail style events. Guests receive generous continual service of sumptuous finger food items including tandoori chicken mini pizettas and Thai style beef salad cucumber cups as they watch the sun set over the spectacular harbour view
Wine List
Our wine list changes regularly. Wine, beer and spirits are usually selected by the client before the function or alternatively a beverage package is available for your convenience.
Suppliers
We can provide local supplier details for:
Flower arrangements, balloons, dance floors, string quartets, juke box, live music, limousine hire, wedding cakes, wedding arches, additional potted plants, lighting of lawn areas are all items that can be provided by us at additional cost or can be organised by yourself.
